    ^^^Agree, it's the alarm sounding because there is no oil pressure. Older boats will do this unless there is a time delay relay like on higher end boats. Newer EFI motors don't do this because of the motors computer. A time delay relay can be installed to give you a few seconds

    3-7 is normal range If you are actually getting a higher pressure then might need to change or use a regulator. Might also be the float level needs to be adjusted or issue with float needle and seat

    What might be happening is your hearing the relay click but the relay is ot providing power to the starter solenoid Need a voltmeter to find out if the starter solenoid is actually getting 12V when key is turned to start

    Doesn't have to be, but that is where it normally is placed. Just want to know where it is now. The accelerator pump can be moved if more fuel is needed. The power valve is what is used to transition from just above idle to more power.

    Plug the hose going to the thermostat housing from the water pump Plug hoses going to exhaust manifold s and elbows. Install a schrader valve and pressure gauge to one of the hoses to be plugged. Pressurize to 15 psi

    You said pipe coming from bell housing but I only see what appears to be a hose. Pipe or hose I don't know why it would be attached to the bell
