    The float switch should turn the pump on before it fills up So pump does not work, float doesn't work, float is stuck or there is no power to the pump

    Don't know the motor but guessing it's not the block, there is probably either a gasket or a hose with a small hole/leak. Most likely was done when the Bluetooth was replaced

    You have 12V on the red/purple wire on the key switch? If correct, turn key to RUN and see if there is now 12V on the purple wire
