Have not taken one of that style apart but have rebuilt other style. If you have a press you should be able to replace the bearings This is parts for ones I've rebuilt, cost was cheap. I found aftermarket bearings by searching on Merc numbers

    Bogging issue

It doesn't take much pressure to see something. Carb would be 4-7 psi When the line comes off is it full of fuel or air? If fuel pump the throttle and see if fuel squirts down the carb

    My boat run slowly. 120HP,2.5L,1989

Not bothered by the one at 100, could be anything and not really be a factor when running That said, if your gauge is accurate then the motor may just be getting tired Is the timing set correctly, is timing advancing and if so how much? How do the plugs look, all the same or different?

    Reliable sure lube hubs

My suggestion Pump grease until it starts coming out. If you see any water then pump some more to expel the water. Take your finger and get all the grease out of the hub so there is an air gap. You cannot remove enough to do any harm but if you don't give it a air gap the grease will heat up...
