Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

Anyone know where I can find an engine hoist? I got a used motor that I can not lift. I will be getting an engine stand soon and need a means of lifting the engine onto it it.

LOL.....The leaves are already down...It's February. They have been down since October. Don't think burning a pile of leaves in the back yard of a rental house in the middle of the city would be a good idea. 😂

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

😂😂 I actually have a rather large burn pile thanks to this boat! LOL I have a bunch of pieces cut out that will not be getting used as templates because I want to upgrade them. Other pieces will be used as templates, but then I will be done with them.....Either way......I bet about 95% or more...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

All the difficult crap is out! I removed the last section of flooring and foam from the stern today. Cleaned all at the debris and then decided to keep gong. I cut what was remaining of the original bulkhead from the front of the gas tank and then decided to remove the tank. For the life of...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

I was not looking into a porta potty with chemicals in them...Just basically a glorified bucket, with a bagging system where you can tie the bag off from when you're done doing your business, leave the tied bag in the bucket and place another bag inside to line it for the next person. Know if...

It's an option for me and my son....but the rest of the family is females with tiny bladders. I need bare minimum a bucket.

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

I sure hope so. I desperately want to get my tablet babies out of the house. I was so disappointed in the direction that kids are headed nowadays, when my 13 year old told me yesterday, that they were bored and had nothing to do. I told them to go outside and enjoy the day. They asked how to do...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

Good idea. I do want to do something different back there though, as I would also like to have a place to put and utilize a porta potty. Was thinking on putting one back where the seat bases were removed from, or somehow placing one in the bow, and having the ability to fold the casting deck up...

Bought my first boat to cut, gut and rebuild from bow to stern, including engine. Killed my back and suffered the wrath of the fiberglass demons

Hoping so. With these very mild February winter days that feel like it's spring... I'm using every day I can to get this finished before summer hits. I'm hoping it can get out on the water still this year yet.

Ok. Here you go. I wish some of you all knew my character. It's a little upsetting that it is assumed that i would give in this easily. Yes this project sucks.... yes it's an absolute bit@h. Yes I hurt and yes it's absolutely itchy. ..... but no matter how stubborn this boat is..... I'm way...
