    Yea.. one should be plenty for that size craft. There are recommended charts and gph related to size of pump that you can google. Yup straight to the battery or a 3 way switch like seaflow makes. You always want the unit on in all cases. if the battery dies then thats another issue.

    I used alot of plywood. BCS, Acx, Cdx...exterior grade, not treated lumber. Like Scott says watch your working time on the PB. There are any number of ways to clamp down the pc. after you mate them. Make sure you wet out all the ply both sides and especially the edges. Let that dry then get to...

    I found most boat demo tools to be disposable. Factory construction depended on if it was payday and workers came back from the bar. We have a "I sliced through the hull club" here on the forum. I belong to it lol.
