Mercruiser 4.3 LX won't turn over. Buzzer going off even with key off.

Looks like you might have found the issue with the buzzer. It may be back feeding power s for the other power issue, I would remove both ends of both battery cables (do mean both ends) and clean them. Then find main power feed for the blower and other items and clean the power and ground

    Mercruiser 5.7 V8 (1997) jumping RPM

It can be a carb issue but rpm's usually don't jump around, they would bog and lag and then start picking up speed again

Thanks for the serial number Your motor has TBV ignition and does not use the cam sensor in the pic. With it missing its might be the distributor sensor (item 6). Is their 3 wires or 2 wires coming from the distributor. If only 2 then I would replace the with the new 3 wire which has an...

Starts dies blows fuse on take off

Take a ohm meter and measure the contact. Place probes on one way then swap them and note the difference. One way will read low resistance, the other way will read high. If it reads the same ion both directions then its shorted

Thanks Muffs on, water on full force and therefore water spraying all around the muffs. Motor starts and water continues to spray all around like there is no change. If yes to both, then something is clogged up, or the water tube in the drive (Alpha drive) is not aligned, or impeller has burned up
