    Remove hoses come from the raw water pump to crossover, cap and install a gauge and schrader valve. Take hoses going to exhaust, remove and plug. It should be able to hold 10 to 20 psi same as a car, just split the difference and use 15

    Sounds like down (green) is using the solenoid when it should be the up (Blue). Down requires less power so it comes direct from the switches. The solenoid is used for up when current is higher

    There is no way any outdrive should be run in a bucket. Outboards is ok, but not I/O What motor do you have, the 280 is the drive?

    Probably. I don't plan on using core bond, looking at out constructive water proof adhesives. I'm thinking its more to keep down vibration so the 2 pieces don't come apart and cause other issues. Who knows maybe roofing tar, probably not, but still thinking about it for mine
