    Would say, if thermostat housing reads close to 160, then you might be ok. If housing is also hot, then look at the circulating water pump on the front of the motor

    190 and above is not normal even with closed cooling Have you taken the end caps off the exchanger to see if there is any corrision?

    Yes, that is what I was thinking If it cannot be adjusted to work smoothly, then it needs another sender or its a gauge issue

    Remove the sender and adjust it so gauge reads down, then reinstall on gimbal and fine tune if necessary

    Need to scan the motor for codes My thought is there is a sensor wire which is disconnected Gray to B-21 (Ground) Dark Blue/White to B-11 (Sense) Black/Pink to B-1 (5V)

    Its very rare to see a lower pin wear out, and don't know of anyone installing one there
