    Want to know were the 2 "Red" wires go to one goes to the start battery but where does the other one go? I'm guessing but think the starter has an issue or the motor is locked up. Can use a screw drive and jump from the yellow/red to starter terminal and it should crank if there is no issue...

    Thanks 555 Check your in gear switch. If motor thinks its not in gear it won't allow the motor to pass 3500 and will reduce power to 40 %. This fault will not be recorded by the ECM
