    Might be might not, just not enough info for me to make a guess. Is the battery fully charged and can read 12.8V? .There is a slave solenoid on top the motor. Jumper across the two top terminals to see if the starter turns the motor over. Looks like this

    Your link is for installing an isolator, this is a different issue. The 12V is read by the helm voltmeter on the purple wire. Your meter may be off, but get a hand held meter and measure on the Orange wire on the ALT or the starter post.
