    Switch and fuse block wiring

The only supply wire that might be in the panel is to light it up, otherwise there should be no main power wire. The switch panel shouls it bing used by a different Blue Sea fuse panel without Pos or Neg buss bars. This one shows power being daisy chained, then other shows individual leads

tilt / trim fuse and switch

They are pretty standard these days, but look at the ones you have and see if they match these https://www.amazon.com/Chrysler-Force-Relay-PH360-0002-882751A1/dp/B01BTV2CZE This is how they are arranged, you will not use 87a pin and many don't have it there. pins 85 to 86 energizes the relay...

1977 mercruiser 233 lower shift cable

If you get the new style cable, it needs to be installed from the front. The threads are chased (cleaned) to allow cable to go in. OEM parts are better then aftermarket in this case. If you happen to find the old style (not made any more), then it can be installed as original. There are many...

Non-Vortec 5.7 Mercruiser Themostat Housing Question

Not knowing which model, I'm going to assume you have one similar to the one on the left Thinking you want to go to new style like this, which is a V6 but is the same for you. As FT mentioned, if you have a bravo drive then the inlet hose comes from the belt driven pump. You will also not...

    Livewell Headache

Your system should be setup the same according to the site. As Harley said, the Auto just turns the pump on and back off every so many minutes. The valve going to the pump should work the same way, and you should have the same similar setup. It could be "maybe the pump is gone" :noidea: just...

    Livewell Headache

Have not used one but looking at the design I would say the valve on the pump should close off or open tubes as needed. http://www.g3boats.com/uploads/sites/4/website/Pages/676/g3_2012_owners_manual-optimized.pdf

    Mercruiser 3.0 TKS possible failure

Your symptoms tell me its the accelerator pump, not the module. The module when cold and open allows the carb to put more fuel in the motor. Once warm the module closes off and then there is less gas. If the module is open (retracted) then you should hear some extra hissing from the carb...

Inboard '95 Mercruiser GM 350 EFI Magnum Skier limited top speed

If your testing the pump only connect direct from the output of the high pressure pump. The regulator or injectors are not in the mix and have no effect. If pressure drops back off then the HP pump is leaking internally. If block off is measured after the TBI then the regulator and the...

    external regulator wiring.

The reason it wouldn't start is because the slave relay (item were discussing) was not working. The slave is used to connect a high current connection (from battery to starter solenoid) instead of the high current coming from the key switch directly. The first pic is how it should be wired...

That's not a regulator I've ever seen it looks to me like a starter assist relay(Merc calls them slave relay).
