    Ted, one thing that popped in my head, the armstrong pods have a bilge pump make sure you have some limber holes in the stringers / braces and a pad for a bilge pump.

    the aluminimum versions as made by Armstong use regular plastic deck hatch covers on top. usuall the 6-3/4" or 8", however some have used larger. usually the ones with the big plastic screw so they dont have to deal with hardware.

    Our neighborhood used to be 110 psi, never blew a seal or any issue feeding a boat on muffs. It did force the toilets to run. Ended up with PRVs on the toilets A few years back, a main blew feeding the neighborhood. After that, the pressure is now 75 psi You're fine at 90
