    I’ve used Crown aftermarket for both my 98 & 07 Jeeps. For the 07 a pair of OEM was $ 600, for aftermarket it’s about 1/3 of that, and quality is quite close to the OEM…I polished the originals a few times but the haziness kept coming back..,so I just put in a pair of Crown lights.

    When I installed H-4 lights on my older cars also added an extension harness with relays for the headlights that prevents voltage drop to the headlights. My 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ came with terrible DOT composite headlights, I replaced them with much better Crown aftermarket ECE H-4 lights...

    I'm just guessing here because I have never had that problem but when my float needle wasn't holding one year I had gas leaking out near the throttle plate but not from those 2 areas you mentioned. Did you replace the accel pump with Cliff's?

    If your garden hose adapter (don’t forget it has to have a gasket!) makes a good seal with the threaded fitting on the top of the dipstick tube it will suck the oil out much faster than the small tube down the dipstick tube….

    Yep I was confused here too! Every application I have ever seen of the basic GM small block design be it a V6 or V8 always has the spring facing down be it automotive or marine. It has to because of how the coolant flows thru the block, up to cyl heads, then up from the intake manifold crossover...
