    as stated , main bellows and shift cable bellows. shift cable bellow only can leak water, main bellow leak can destroy the gimbal bearing and outdrive from water intrusion

    that 90A block originally was to protect the alt and wiring, merc added the Red main system power to it for whatever reason. Why have a 50A after a 90A . I modify the wiring by adding the system power wire "Red" directly to the battery post and use a Maxi-Fuse crimped to the alt feed "Orange"...

    perfectly fine that way, just make sure you drain everything first

    with the shift shoe facing fwd the prop is locked CCW and ratchets CW for forward gear, turning the shift shaft fully counterclockwise the prop now will lock clockwise and ratchet counterclockwise
