    Looks normal. Pee stream won't flow until thermostat opens. Did you make sure the washers are on the impeller? No cracks on the housing grommet

    That motor would not have normally come with a 5 in spacer for a 20" shaft. Center section would have been cast as a 20".

    simple solenoid on your motor. Choke should only work with the key in the on position and pressed in. Simple adjustment move the solenoid body until it works correctly, And redo your wiring.

    Use the 2 metal washers and you have to have fuel resistant orings. people who had them fail used plumbing orings
