    go with a complete new rack and cable assembly. teleflex sold their cable line about a decade ago, and the design changed. the rack is better than the rotary helm IMHO

    I used ratchet straps with the hooks just under the cap edge since the whole cap weighs about 200#, the 5 ratchet straps had between 30# and 70# on them
