    Cracked tank, leaking hoses leaking check valve, take your pic. Get some degreaser and clean everything off under the tank. Then try to find your leak.

    Brake cleaner is a horrible thing to do!!!! It strips the oil off of the the metal parts. What do shiny clean metal parts do when the protective coating is stripped off? Hint: it rusts 2nd thing strips oil off of the cylinder what happens when that is not lubed?

    Brake clean was the worst possible thing to spray in there. How did you check spark?

    Sounds like a pulse limiter. Put up a pic. If it is the pulse limiter it needs to be connected to the vRo pump.

    Set your float heights. Are the needls and seats in good condition? Primer working properly? Not leaking? Lever in the correct position?

    Check your carbs specifically needed and seat. What kind of pump did you put on?

    Explain all the engines still running from the 50s, 60s and 70s and 80s and 90s. So what do you do with the motor you cannot get electronics for? How is that more reliable? Thank you for making my point for me and showing 4 strks are in fact disposable.

    Wrong. I actually owned one of those boats. Mine only had an 85 hp on it and it was not an easy planing boat.
