    Need to add/purge trim fluid 150 ocean pro

    Havnt done this in a while.Sounds like i may be a little low or there is some air in unit while lifting motor.Down sounds fine.Begin with motor up,unscrew fill and put fluid in ,run motor down and back up and refill.Repeat several times,screw fill back in and done??     Did I foul plugs while doing a decarb??

    1995 150 ocean pro sprayed 3/4 can of Seafoam in all carbs while running.Shut it down and pulled plugs one at a time and sprayed each cylinder.Waited 1/2 hour and started cranking it.Almost started but would not.I am assuming I flooded or fouled plugs..?? Charles
