    1990's Evinrude 70 horse

That plug should be available everywhere. They used for like 20+ yrs. I would stick with Champions the Ngks can do weird things. Like foul prematurely, cause misfires just weird things.

    Ns90a idiot mistake

You need to get the book for it. Generally crossing the battery will blow a fuse. But the Japanese motors use a little different stator set up.

'99 Merc 115. Yellow stator wires fried.

Well the fallacy of not charging a dead battery with your motor is BS. I have seen that happen on Mercs before replace all the connectors then test the charging system.

    60hp vs 75hp for 160ss

How is the 75 a detuned 90 hp? That would only be on the 3 cylinder blocks.

    Starter not engaging after running

Pull the flywheel cover off and check the Bendix. Sounds like some grinding going on there. On that motor the starter has a small gear on it. Under the flywheel cover is the Bendix and another gear.

    Sharrow prop

So people don't damage $80,000 outboards. How much is a lower unit again? Where has it been debunked? Maybe put up that fact. It's funny people on here defend 80,000 outboards. But a prop makes them lose their mind. But yes please put up where it was debunked

Either tip the motor on its power head and run penetrating oil down the driveshaft and hope it works. Or take the lower unit apart and remove the pinion nut and drop the lower. This will leave the shaft hanging in the power head yet. May have to break the water pump housing. Then pull the power...

    Sharrow prop

I enjoy the comedy of this post. SDS runs strong through it. People will pay $80,000 for an outboard. But cry about $5000 for a prop? Yup SDS is strong here. Lmfao

    Sharrow prop

The results are out there. But haters gotta hate. It's funny how everybody wants to complain about this prop. I like it because I don't have an aversion to new technology like others here. But why do I have to prove it? I am not the one hating on it if you want to prove it to be the failure you...
