    The handle only holds the hoses, release the quick discs ,lower the hoses to drain. If nothing is coming out out the hose, remove the hoses at the block and manifold and probe to insure it is draining

    I make the female portion from SS and knurled it for grip.,.620 in dia. Installed using a 1/2 bit first then dremel or filing for a tight press fit and installed with 5 min epoxy.. Pin is called an "Avi-Pin" and is the 5/16 size and available from most boat stores. Mc Master Carr/ Graingers, etc
