    Possible issue with the fuel pump relay/associated circuitry My thought is based on your info provided there is a problem with the fuel supply to the pump. Vent line partially blocked, anti siphon valve sticking/failing, fuel pick up issue in the tank, etc....

    You need to test for continuity between the injector leads and whichever pins connect accordingly to the ecm. Oem wiring diagram will be needed to figure out which pins need to be tested

    Iirc the torque spec for manifold/riser is 25-35 lb/ft. Only reason I remember is to me it seems low but it is the spec. Can't recall ever using a torque wrench on those bolts, my method is tighten, run it and move on the next project, ymmv
