    its never the coil (only about 2 out of a million suspected bad coils are ever bad). however a coil is easy to diagnose. My guess is the distributor is 180 degrees out.

    the only way to tow a boat greater than 1400# dry weight (reference the math in post # 4) with the 2015 minivan in post #1..... is to drive down to Uhaul/Hertz/National/Etc and rent a truck with at least 5000# towing

    you can. some of the 3.0's came with 2.5 heads. not much changed in the heads when they stroked it until after 1990
