    And the timing on these motors normally does not go out of adjustment.----Be very careful if you decide to adjust stuff.----Then again if it was tampered with by a previous owner ???

    Post the pitch numbers of these props.----Are you sure the motor is running on both cylinders ?

    What boat ?-----You may need to go to less pitch on the propeller.-----Or have actual power output of motor tested .

    A Suzuki model I believe.----Replacing parts get expensive in a hurry !!-----When the motor stops pump the bulb on the hose.----Is it hard after 1 squeeze or 5 squeezes ?------Tried borrowing another tank and hose for a test run ?

    ????----As fuel runs into the carburetor air must be let into the tank.----Motor will stop running if vent is not open.

    That was the factory replacement amplifier like 40 years ago.----Does spark jump a gap of up to 1/2" on a test device , yes or no.----Check each lead.----Perhaps run at night and see if spark is leaking under the flywheel.----Have you cleaned all components under the distributor cap.----Anti...

    Some Johnson / Evinrude outboards use a shift interrupt switch.-----But not your model !
