    How do you know it is a " blown head gasket " ??----Sellers guess ?----If it truly is a blown head gasket and clean it might be a good deal.----There are different models.----Even an air cooled one.----Any idea of serial # or a picture?

    Looks like new chain is needed as well.-----Look for non stainless nuts / pieces inside the hull.

    On a project boat I replaced the rotten wood block for the bow eye.-----Installed a second eye for safety chain.----Used solid glass salvaged material.------No more wood for me.

    It is simple to take starter apart for inspection.----Do that before you rush out and buy a new one.----If starter is good then look for wiring ( loose ) issues.

    When you push the key in ( not cranking ) the electric primer valve opens.----And it does nothing if there is no fuel pressure to it.-----So when motor is cranking the fuel pump puts pressure to it.-----Fuel from primer valve then sprays directly into the intake air flow.-----Very simple unit...

    Not many folks who buy the latest / greatest new technology are concerned these days.----People buy electric vehicles from start up companies as an example.----Would you buy that new car if you knew that head light lenses were $2000 or so?-----Or if it is $150 labor to install a new 12 volt battery.
