    I launch and load by myself and at 73, that can be a job if the ramp isn't setup right. I explore ramps to see how user friendly they are. I don't mind a longer boat ride even, to be able to use a good ramp !!

    That is a rare all glass boat....I know newer boats have gone all glass but did not realize there were older ones. This will make those blisters much easier to repair, replacing wood structure really sucks !!!

    I agree, never had poor compression stop an engine, but have had low compression make them a real booger to get started. Many folks just put there finger over the hole and pull....yep..good compression ! Actual numbers are are easier to figure what is low and what is good.

    Hmmmm...no grease ??? Been using Dow111 silicone lube for years to waterproof electrical connections with never an issue...so what am I doing wrong ??

    Used ones are very scarce in most areas !! If you can swing it, take the ins money and add some to it and go for a new one !! Otherwise be prepared to shop long and hard and be prepared to drive a long distance.

    In daylight they may appear more yellowish but in lowlight they should be more bluish to have a real hot spark. Not saying a yellow spark wont run an engine, but when someone says they have a really good spark and it is white/ yellow, then it is not a really hot spark! Years back, my company...

    That tape is also availiable in clear and about a 1/16" thick, that might make it appear to be floating off the surface !!

    Most lettering or 3d advertisement is held on by double stick foam tape. Many companies now make it, if properly installed, that stuff holds extremely well !! I just bought some " Gorilla glue" extreme double sided tape that is exterior/marine rated, it is super sticky !!!

    Did you run a compression check? Without good even compression, your wasting your time !! Get a spark gap tool, they are cheap, you need to be able to jump at least a 1/4" gap !! Spark should be blue, yellow indicates a weak spark ! These are quick, easy things to check to see if your motor...
