    use your sails instead of the motor. looks like a really bad design. most of the exhaust should go out the prop hub unless it is just idling or you have a bad gasket

    I would think T&T switch runs the T&T motor, and nothing to do with the trim gauge. You need to find a wiring diagram for a suzuki

    now you get to figure out where that piece of impellor went to. and hope it is not plugging up a passage in the cooling system. hope just replacing the water pump fixes your problem.

    you need to find out how it was disabled, so you can find out what is causing the alarm something is grounding a wire

    But do you know how it was disabled? and how they stopped the oil alarm from sounding? Only things I know of that will cause that alarm is low oil level and overheat

    You will need to find out where that gas is coming out. is it out of the vents on the carbs? if so the float is not closing off the flow thru the needle and seat, which causes the bowl to over fill and come out the vents

    Just had a thought, if the bearing or reverse gear is binding into the prop shaft that would be a major problem pulling the prop shaft and carrier

    did you use some big wrenches like in the video to put a heavy duty strain on the puller? I know very little about Suzuki's lower units, but guess they would be like others, so the penion gear on the drive shaft and the forward and reverse gears on the prop shaft are meshed all of the time...

    service manual should have that info My C40 does not have that type of gasket so my manual does not show any sealent in that area

    try to reuse it and see, I would not sure how much a new seal would cost you tho on something that old

    did you follow the link and sync procedure in your service manual after putting the carbs back on after cleaning? checking to make sure the timing is in spec at idle and advancing as it should is part of that
