    2015 yamaha 75hp too a 115hp

yep, takes more fuel and something to oxidize that extra fuel, (more air or nitrous) and then it all has to exit the motor properly too. not easy to throw a set of tuned headers on an outboard to help it breath.

    2015 yamaha 75hp too a 115hp

compare part numbers on the motors to see if any are the same. 75 to 90 maybe, but I do not think 75 to 115 would be possible unless you did some major modifications and program changing. turbos or blowers too check with some racing forums maybe to see what they say

    Lower Unit Oil Leak

big question is how long has that water/saltwater been in that gear case? bearings and gears rust and go south as you keep running even with new lube. even the smallest bit of pitting will cause failure when run long enough. inspection would be a good thing IMHO

    Lower Unit Oil Leak

I would just buy a new seal housing to put back in if you plan on pulling it on a motor that old. but before doing that I think doing the pressure and vacuum test in your service manual on the lower would be a good idea

    Running engine on Trailer.

depends on how much pressue and water flow you have, that is a small hose running to the power head. Owners manuals say not to. But some people say to use both muffs and the cowling fitting when running out of the water
