    Personnaly I would run it and see what happens .extra oiling or good decarb product won't hurt my stuck hard 9.5hp took a week to loosen up... it has been running a few years now with no issues.

    turning the drive shaft manually will tell you if you are frw or reverse as you pull or push the shift rod the prop rotation will change in neutral no rotation ! . pull it up has instructed and slide the end knob into the shift linkage bolt it up and retest from the top shifter...

    Real happy you found it thanks for your feedback :) btw NO wing nuts on the battery !!! wing nuts are EMM killers fyi you also have the ETEC owners site whereyou can do searches and ask questions. lots of ETEC experts and the owner support that site...

    as you can see the side trim switch on the engine gets 12V from the selenoid connections (red) then goes to a fuse #10 and down to the trim switch then a pair of GREEN WHITES are routed to the relay pack and the front shifter control via a connector #19 the relay pack simply...

    2011 ETEC no ?? does it have a PDP ?? did you check the fuse ? try wiggling a few wires around while activating T&T buttons could be bad connections or corroded wire crimps . T&T should work on its own... so find the fix and the rest will likely work OK see drawing

    see descrp.. if you ever need it my understanding is that the boot strap cable goes beyond the regular triangle access cable.. on my 2005 ETEC anyway. maybe FICHTs are different ... the triangular cable access is less.... dangerous EMM brain access and transplants wise...

    .020 on the low side of the lobe is not the way.... both sets should be .020 on the highest point of the lobe or use this method

    if BOTH cut out at the same time look for a common problem...fuel ! hoses tank filt tank filter venting etc... power ?? the rest is for single engine failure possibilities..... have you done the basics... checked fuel delivery ..filters . that engine seems to have a vapor separtor...

    impeller + ... oil check the GC for water intrusion if you find water you will need a reseal or..frequent oil changes :-( 59s have thermostats ... I think may a well check it to ! what is a PH maintenance... ??? carb overall .. ignition checked for cracked coils... good...
