    If you have a newer permanant magnet starter and didn’t use the correct bolts for starter it may not be tight, old bolts will bottom out but starter wont be tight. Hopefully new bolts came with starter ?

    Not 100% sure on this but I think you need a 153 tooth 12.75" Diameter flywheel like this https://www.summitracing.com/parts/MCL-450300 in that listing gives stock GM part number it replaces.     Common issue on bravo 3 especially the earlier ones. Make sure your mercathode is working, you have the proper annodes.
