    Big mistake.----Take that oil tank and mixing unit and toss it in the landfill as far as you can ?----Those little lines are the oil recirculation lines and have nothing to do with automatic oil injection.---Note----I own more than 1 of these 3 cylinder motors.

    The parts under the flywheel are easy to test without removing the flywheel.-----The orange / blue stripe wire is going to the top coil ?---All the pins and sockets on the plug ins in good shape and making contact ?--This should be an easy fix.

    I would cut of the top.-----Repair the rotten structure.----Put some shape into it to let water run off and add strength.----Glue the top back on.
