    And why do you say the bore size is different ??----The 56 cube 3 cylinder might have the same bore as the 2 cylinder looper for many years !

    Yes 110 % sure there is a port just ahead of the starter motor.----Remove plug ( item #9 ) that is in the pressure port.----Mount the pump with 2 screws ( 10-24 ) and a gasket.----Or come over I show you how easy it is.

    ????-----The smaller motors used 1/4-20 all day long !!----The universal OMC puller has different bolts for different motors and motor parts.----Have 3 of those pullers here.

    Try 1/4-20.-------That has been standard thread on small OMC motors for about 50 years or so.-----Perhaps someone molested these holes ?
