    is it normal to consume any gear lube in an alpha 1 gen 2? i have about 40 hours on a 5.0 alpha 1 and the gear lube was down to the add mark on the resivour. does this indicate a leak or is it normal to consume a bit during break in? thanks, jay ps if there is a blown seal, would my level go up...

    bunks v transom

    my bunks dont extend past the rear of my boat, there is maybe 5" space. is this close enough to support the transom or am i going to get a hook? how long will it take for a problem with the hull to devolop if this is not ok?

    repairing pulled out screw

    one of the snaps on my fiberglas floor for my carpet pulled out, is there a product i could fill the hole with and redrill once it hardens up? is there a diffrent method i should use? thanks

    is amonia bad?

    i put some carnuba wax on part of my hull and now i want to take it off and use somthing else. i was told to use a solution of amonia by a body guy, does this sound ok to use on gelcoat?

    how much clearance should i mount these with? the ones i have are like a 5 foot long bunk that mounts to the trailer with two 1 x 1 angled aluminum brackets. i dont think they should be touching the boat when its on the trailer, is an inch or two clearance about right?
