    Throttle tension.

    I own an Evinrude 1960 Sportwin i believe 10HP. Is there a way where the throttle tension can be increased. When i let go of the throttle at the end of the tiller arm it slowly turns back to idle.? Thanks

    Winching: Steel cable or rope?

    I've justed bolted on a winch type with steel cable. ,Is it better to spool the thing up with standard stranded steel cable or some kind of plastic/nylon cord?. Or switch over and spool it it up with another than steel.?

    Gamefisher/ 7.5 running great

    After installing and cutting through that un-orthodox shroud, i've got my 7.5 Gamefisher up and running great, the upper AUX tank will take a soaking of "CLR" to remove all sediment and rust deposists.

    Went into Sears parts and said a part (inlet needle seat unavailable), Am looking for that rubber type seat for my model gamefisher 217-585831. Actually a carbit kit to be more precise. Bought a kit awhile ago on Ebay for around 30 plus dollars, don't want to pay that high for another kit.

    7.5 Gamefisher dumping fuel

    Just replaced carb seats gaskets on a 7.5 Gamefisher. Still fuel seapage up around the top area around above float bowl area. Acts like it wants to start. Any help here?. Spar plug has fire. Excessive fuel leakage up around carb area.

    I'm in need of a carb kit for a 7.5 Gamefisher 2 cycle outboard, for some reason the thing before starting wants to continually dump fuel for some reason?. Took apart carb and noticed that orange rubber colored part has a small tear in it. Anyone know if i can get a carb kit

    Old '61 Evinrude

    Bought this at an estate sale for 50 bucks, the fuel lines were cracked so replaced them, after several pulls got it running (in water can). It is very clean and smooth runner. A 10 hp model. Pumps good.
