    You are wrong. MOST modern outboards require 12 volts in order for the engine management computer to control the ignition and fuel injection system. All outboards 40HP and above are electronic fuel injected.

    What are you talking about? There's no such thing as an EFI low pressure electric pump for a DT115/140. 15100-94900 is the mechanical low pressure pump, readily available from Suzuki at a reasonable price.
