    I have a 89 GMC motorhome cannot get more than 20 gallons in the tank I did clean and check vent hose was clear.     Dwell meter reading 86 4.3 motor

    ok I hooked up meter red to - side of coil and black to neg ground on battery pulled coil wire turned on key and turned motor over by hand. My meter reads 60 to 15 it pegs at 15 witch means points need to be closed more right? they should be at 18 but are at 16 now do I need to ground the coil...

    Condensor question

    I am going to do a complete tune up tomorrow was looking at the condenser that came in the kit it has a copper strip instead of a coated wire never use one like this, plus came with a sleeve I think should go over the copper strip. Kit is for a 86 4.3 prestolite set up Thanks for any help.

    :mad-new: Ok this is the brand new axle went from square to round and the chamber on the axle is on top. The distance from spring pads to end of the spindle is 15 inches I am now wondering if that is the cause of all my troubles. Most axles that are 95 inches show spring pad centers...

    OK changing cable out again just wanted to show people here that do not have these tools what they look like. This is the first time doing cable with these tools and it makes all the differance in the world :) They are well worth the price almost makes the job easy.

    OK I have 4 grease guns 2 are cheap ones that I through out tonight had 4 different types of grease in each one. Can I just use this in ujoints trailer bearings and gimbal bearings? If so will buy a real good gun and pitch the others I hate cheap tools.
