    I did Check the fuel pump vent no fuel in that line. I even ran with a clear hose on it and watched it. No fuel there. Of course it’s also a new fuel pump, filter, fuel lines.

    The vacuum seems low to me. I understood that the MAP would see higher voltage and add more fuel. I replaced the hoses and smoke tested. Vacuum reading was taken from pcv hose. Maybe I am wrong about MAP voltage? I also thought the IAC controlled idle speed. Maybe I am wrong about that? not...

    I have a possible vacuum leak or a bad MAP sensor. Map sensor shows over 2.5 volts at idle and the idle wanders. When I look at it it looks like it was replaced but looks like an automotive version. Does anyone know if there is a difference? Volvo Penta wants about $200 for their Mao sensor.

    fmt2bx, In one of the posts I think it said you replaced the regulator on the TBI body? If so, did you keep the old spring or use a new one? I think the new ones are at 11-13 psi and the original would be for 30 psi. Just throwing and idea out there.
