    deck for a jon boat

    The stator plate on my 1990 9.9 evinrude does not move all the back home after the throttle is advanced then slowed down all the way.     15 hp evinrude hard starting

    I have a 86 evinrude 15hp that always has to crank over about 10 sec before she wakes up. Otherwise it runs fine, after the 1st start it's easy to start up, idles fine. Why does it take so long? I've changed fuel lines, tank line, primer bulb all is in new shape. Thanks for the comments.
