    I find it funny that people see an 80,000 outboard and it all oohs and aaahs. A $5000 prop and it's ooh they didn't test it right. Ooh it's to expensive, I can't put that on my $400 boat. Just brings a smile to my face

    Actually I bought it from a guy who sold his E-tec. He replaced it with a 2+2 Merc and didn't think he could use the xd100 in his Merc. Sold me 4 gallons at $25 each. Shows how misunderstood oil is as the XD100 would have worked fine in the Merc.

    Is this a tiller or remote model? Electric or manual start? Is the toggle kill switch it the correct position?? Try Disconnecting the black wire/yellow stripe from the CDI box. How have you checked spark? What is your compression?

    Thank you for mansplaining again. Exactly what on the market is comparable? I highly doubt you have seen any of the tests done on that prop with your statement. See the first test was against similarity pitched 3 blades, but That wasn't good enough. Then they did a 5 blade that wasn't good...
