    Apparently the manual does not have a picture of how those recirculation lines go.-----Perhaps someone with photo posting experience can help.-----That is beyond my pay scale.----There is one nipple to feed fuel to the engine from the electric primer valve.

    There is not much that can go wrong with a carburetor.-----Old fuel plugs them up.------But for some strange reason many folks pick on the carburetor first to start the repair / trouble shooting.----No idea why that is so.

    I suggest you find the orifice plug ( high speed ) in the carburetor bowl.----Make sure it is clean.

    Turn throttle till it hits neutral stop.----Remove sparkplugs.------Put 6 or 7 drops of fuel in each cylinder.-----Install sparkplugs and wires.-----Pull on the recoil a few times.----What happens ???

    Loss of power, won't plane

    One of the nipples on each bypass comes from the electric primer valve.----The others come from those check valves.-----But I do not believe you can assume that #1 crankcase goes to the #1 bypass cover.----The factory manual shows the routing.----I do not have it handy at this time !

    In my opinion the flashing light testers are best thrown out.-----Make something.----Cardboard / glue / wires to do a real spark test.----Glue wires onto carboard with 5/16" between ends.
