    Thanks will give it a closer look.Using a 3/8 brake line wrench ,there seemed to be a little play when fitting it onto the the line.Should i get a metric for this?

    ok 2 things......1st I didnt realize that it was a seperate manifold under the housing. 2nd if I am able to drop the manifold ,Wont that make it harder to get any leverage to get that old line off??

    I have had many alpha drives for 30 years and have never seen this O ring. Got this Alpha dive cheap for a spare. Looks identical to every Alpha drive I have ever had except the Oring near the splines.This is an alpha one drive not a Gen 1 or 2. What am i looking at?? ?? Charlie

    Correct, running at idle in a FULL barrel will be same as in lake. I usually leave garden hose on and in barrel in case pisser is losing water level pissing out to the side of barrel.You are also able to engage into fwd and rev while in barrel with same effect as lake water.Charlie
