As mentioned, it is the new (digital) 3 wire sender. I'm not sure exactly how they work vs. the analog style, but it seems that the 5 volts from the PCM power is brought to the sender as a reference and can be dragged down if the sender fails.

Quick Update . . .
The solar charging system is working out quite well. The boat has been sitting on its mooring all week. As I had hoped the solar panel voltage has risen well above the battery voltage and the current has come down.

It was the trim sender. Once I disconnected it the low voltage went away. The starboard trim sender has been faulty since before I bought the boat, but there was not enough time (motivation) to fix it before launching.
The low voltage warning was not present when test running...

There is a Mariner Class Association, if you were not already aware. So, you could look there as well for any guidance.
Sounds more like an engine alarm than a Glastron alarm. Tell us what engine/outdrive you have.
The only thing that you might check that would be boat specific would be a high water alarm.
