    Oar brackets are probably generic catalog items if the were not made in-house However at mirror, they did aluminum stamping, casting, etc, so they probably made them in house eBay may be a good place to look

    Could be the Pertronix is going bad If the tach is bad, it grounds out the ignition preventing spark. Its a common troubleshooting technique to disconnect the tach if there is no spark

    wiring is usually done when the cap of the boat is upside down in the assembly line next to the hull. some times its done prior to the deck being installed look under the gunwale caps to see if the wiring is running above the cap seam if not, its under the deck

    its a generic GM crank sensor for 1996 and newer 4.3/5.0/5.7 motors. if you look in the electrical forum stickies, I have the generic sensor catalogs there. either SMP or littlefuse will have it. we are having server issues that are keeping us from loading pictures currenlty

    to answer this question. Mercruiser used to have in the manual "optional: after draining, to add antifreeze, remove the thermostat and fill the system with a funnel" or something to that effect.

    crank sensor is under the crank on the front timing cover. pointed almost straight down verify your fuel pressure verify good ground cables

    depends..... sometimes you can see 40 feet down just outside the channel past the door county light house, sometimes you cant see more than 2 feet. plenty of sediment in lake michigan, especially if you run in the channels in spring Just dont hit the big rock in sand bay....     could just be bad contacts in the switches, or bad grounds at the ground terminal. all circuits will have either fuses or circuit breakers.

    there should be a friction adjustment on your helm control. you may have to get the appropriate manual for your controls.
