Did you pull the drive and inspect the bellows, u-joints and alignment? A leaking bellows will also leak water into the boat. And rust up your u-joints
Look under the manifold for a crack in the engine block
If the core plug was pushed out, the block is most likely cracked
You may get lucky and it's just a leaking exhaust system.
May have to pull the motor to check

Mirro had the ski-n-troll in both 14' and 16'. grew up on a '74 ski-n-troll that mom bought dad with her company discount. (if you have teflon coated mirro cookware, she probably sprayed it.)
you can do a single piston oversized. however once you find out how much it costs to blind-bore and hone one cylinder or two cylinders. you may as well do the others as the set-up is 90% the cost.
