    OMC cobra trim only going down not up

    The older Cobras use the big relays like the old Ford starter relays. Make sure all the terminals are clean; and they have power and ground. From the remote control the blue wire is the up signal and the green is down. Sometimes the wires break inside the control.

    for it to really function as a PVC it has to be connected to manifold vacuum, I"d like to see where it is connected on the carb.
