I don't put a lot of faith in a boats Bat gauge, but your Bat is about dead, can tell that just from the sound of it cranking
Get the Bat charge up and try again
Sometimes the Tach can short out so its good practice if there is no spark to disconnect the wire. This didn't help at this time, but we still don't know if its no spark or fuel. Were going down testing for spark first
No special tools needed, remove the six nuts and pull the drive
I only mention to remove the drive because it will make it easier to replace parts with the drive being out. You might be able to replace the part without removing the drive. Raise full up and see if there is room
