    Putting a thin film of oil on the quad ring and O-ring but mostly not necessary. There is basically three generations of the pump, and a few slight variations of those, which pump do you have?

    If you don't get an answer I would remove the sender and measure the depth of the tank. Normally want a sender with one less drop than tank depth

    Think it might be to long To check screw the bolt all in without manifold and measure distance. Do this on every hole to see if it will tighten up before bottoming out

    ^^^ Agree or drive alignment is way off Drive should be pulled at least every 3 years to check alignment, I do it every year Put the rams back on the drive and place a 2x4 on top the drive. Raise the drive and it should pull it self out

    A knock sensor detects pre-ignition, it doesn't detect a rod knocking. It doesn't really matter if the motor has one or two knock sensors. If motor has two sensors they are daisy chained together
