    It's all based on max amount of amps (load) that may be needed. Look at the size wire that's feeding the current block and how long a run from the Battery it is. Then add up max load of each device

    The headlights are like a double pane window, sometimes the seal leaks Remember my Ram HL was about $700 and I replaced. Found a youtube vid to show me how. Hope yours is easier

    With boat connected to shore power use a digital meter and connect Negative to battery ground. Connect the positive side to something like the mercruiser PROBE . Meter should read between Salt, Polluted or Mineral Laden Water Areas: 750 - 1180 Millivolts with Digital Meter

    Vacuum should be around 14 in Hg but boats are normally lower, never have figured that one out Timing setting should be close to 1800 rpm

    A Horizon should be manual 23 The IAC moving in/out whit initial key on is one test, but may still be an IAC issue The 454 should not have adjustable rockers, it's torque to 40 ft lb Need to set timing Check vacuum

    All good, will try and explain until you understand Your drive does not have the senders mounted which means your drive does not have the capability for the trim gauge. Even if you have a brown/white wire at the helm, the option for it can not be added without replacing the transom assembly...

    The wire goes to the starboard side gimbal ring trim sender. Look for the 4 black wires coming inside the boat from the top of the transom assembly. Two go to trim limit and the other two are go the sender. The black wires connect to other wires with bullet connectors
