    Welcome Is this a new to you boat, or did this just happen reticently? With distributor cap removed, crank the motor and does the rotor rotate Is the ignition module have 2 or 3 wires?

    Need Marine and not auto BBC. The plug wires go under the exhaust manifolds so they are longer. Can get a custom U-cut to fit and it will work with correct boots

    The correct fitting is listed as 22-808727 Fitting Wonder why it didn't come with correct fittings. Maybe wrong serial number used to find pump? Just a guess Either way great work

    Take a white or light colored rag and feel along the HP hose to see where the fluid shows up You can wipe the rag over the unit to see if any oil shows up

    There is nothing abnormal about hearing a clunk from the gears, there is a small amount of space between the gear teeth. When running you should only hear noise when going in and out of gear
