    Looking for any suggestions

    ok I'll take it that there is a misprint of .04 to .4 but your just spitting out what it shows in the book and for me that's not helping. The TPS volts should vary based on what the IAC and MAP sends to the ECM. It won't just stay there. I'm now wonder what else has just been said

    So the reading at idle is .04V and you watched as rpm's went to WOT and it was 4.92V ?

    Looking for any suggestions

    The injector place says they have new and "rebuilt", it would have to be brand new. Have you looked at the spray pattern with a timing like as suggested? Want to see what the reading is at idle, not what it does with key on and motor not running.

    Where did you get the new injectors? With scanner in place what does the TPS and IAC show when idling?

The purchase price just gets it home. Fuel and maintenance will cost each year will get your attention, and sounding like...

    Kawasaki Jet Ski STX 1100 and water coming into the engine compartment while at full throttle;

    I would remove the nozzle and reseal. Putting putty or anything else will just be a band-aid and don't think it will last
