Looking does nothing to help.
Before starting to adjust the motor will sit on the rear mounts, Bolts snugged and will hang from a hoist on the front. Adjust the lower nuts so they just touch the lower side of the motor mounts.
Now adjust each side the same amount up or down
Bar should go in...
Interior lights - depends on what type and how many lets say 20W
Dock lights - won't be used just sitting, unless your talking under water lights or other type
Chart plotter - depends on which one/size lets use 3A or 36W
Stereo - just the head unit or has some kind of small amp?
VHF - up to 7A...
Looks to be salt water area and bearing has welded itself
Bearing was put in backwards, you can remove the center of the bearing by rotating center piece to left or right, then pull it out. It will give less area for puller but may help
The outer part of the bearing is aluminum
I've not seen anyone try to drill out the bearing, and I see a pic of the slide hammer and puller but not the bearing.
I had one which wouldn't come out so I took it to a Boat Mech many years ago and he hammered it back in then pulled. Said it made a very slight groove from not pulling directly...
Either the prop hub has spun (broke loose) or the engine coupler has.
Use a marker or grease pencil and draw a line from the center of the prop to outer edge. Run it in the water and then check if mark has changed
If you smell burnt rubber in the boat it's the coupler
Are you sure the drive...
Welcome
Going to 30 is a big jump, does it blow with a 20 amp?
To much current can be caused by the ignition or alternator. There will be small wires connected to the Alt, disconnect only the small wires and see if the fuse does not blow
Also check resistance of the coil
I have 4 C motors, and used 3 of them to make the one I wanted. A 125 with later style lower. One of these years I really need to at least finish the boat, it's only been 9 years
Don't know which 80hp motor you have, happen to have a serial number?
If the rams are part of the OB then there should be no need to take it apart, just lift the motor as one unit and install on other.
This is one 80hp trim system
